What a nice add-on to a supermarket. No dingy damp steamy cupboard of a laundrette this - airy and well ventilated. Industrial looking machines, simple to use, detergent inluded, credit card activated. And huge drums! 17kg drier 🤣 All my travelling laundry done and dried in under an hour for €6.60/4.30 Great!

Probably the best self service laundromat I’ve ever been to! Spotlessly clean, new machines & clear user instructions. Laundry detergent included in the wash which was a bonus. Used the washer & dryer, everything came out really clean. It’s located inside the 24hr shopping centre. There’s seats to sit & wait. As I was leaving a staff member came in & started to clean & empty filters. Great for tourists that refuse to pay ridiculous hotel prices for laundry services.

Not clean Well, what can I say. It’s not clean. I payed 6,60€ for unscented detergent and I thought that it will just smell like nothing. No. No it doesn’t. It smells like sweat and it isn’t clean. I had pants in there that were very long so the bottom was dirty. I put it in and it came out just as dirty just soaked in water. I’m rather disappointed for the price. It’s not exactly cheap but also not expensive, just for the price I would expect the clothes to be at least clean. But no. The two stars because it was fast and they have a dryer as well, not that it worked very well but hey. I would not recommend because Turku has better places to clean your stuff, maybe a euro or two more but at least it’s clean and smells good. I have to wash it again now and pay extra again. Somewhere else of corse.

This place was great. Clean and easy to figure out. Inside the grocery store so convenient for shopping as well.

At first it didn't work and eventually I had to pay twice for washing just once.... Edit: very good customer service, got the money back !
